1) The lottery winner who was killed by a fl woman who offered to write his life story
Abraham Shakespeare won a whopping $30 million in the Florida state lottery in 2006 but didn't have a lot of time to spend it. The illiterate sanitation worker from Lakeland squandered almost all of it by 2008. It was then he met Tampa resident Dee Dee Moore, who offered to write his life story. Instead, she grabbed his home and the remnants of his fortune in 2009.
Abraham story was featured in a episode tv program ''A Stranger in My Home'' , In April of that year, Shakespeare was shot twice in the chest with a .38-caliber pistol. He wasn't reported missing until November, and his body was found under a slab of cement in a backyard in January 2010.

Larry Jacobson, 76, is a member of an ultra-private group of football fans — those who have attended every single Super Bowl.
He is one of three men in the "Never Miss a Super Bowl Club" (two of the original five members have now passed away), who, in their own right, have become sports celebrities. VISA made a TV commercial with them in 2010 as part of a promotion around that year's game.

11) The inferno that stopped a wedding but contributed to an amazing photoshoot
Photographer Josh Newton captured these breath taking wedding photos in 2014 in Oregon, after a small fire in the region, grew out of control. The fire brigade evacuated all the guests halfway through the wedding ceremony.
Luckily, no one was in any real danger — the fire was 6 miles away. Right before the bride walked down the aisle, firefighters came and told everyone they had to be evacuated. However, the wedding coordinator talked the firemen into letting them get married if they did it quickly.
After the ceremony, the couple took the most dramatic wedding photos ever taken, and the results were amazing.

Retired Ultimate Fighter Alan Belcher was a tough competitor, and had a meteoric rise to fame in his early career. He liked to knock dudes out… and he was pretty darn good at it. After retiring in 2015 with 18 wins and 8 losses, he now has way more time to spend with his adorable dogs.
His savagery in the ring is only matched with his passion for saving lil’ puppies from the pound. He is known for rescuing all sorts of dogs from the shelter, making this well known fighter just as much a lover – of animals at least.
These super tough guys and women, however, aren’t all hammer and steel though… Plenty of the world’s hardest athletes have a soft spot. Even the hardest among us have a hard time resisting the charms of a cute little critter.
